Attorney David S. Luber is a Master of Laws in Estate Planning. He was admitted to the Florida, Illinois and Arizona bars and is an active attorney in Florida. He actively practices wills and trusts for local South Florida clients and assists with Probate and Inheritance Law for some matters throughout Florida focussing on Broward and Palm Beach. The firm assists with probate and estate administration matters often helping out of state personal representatives.

David is the past president and a board member of the North Dade South Broward Estate Planning Council, a member of the Broward County Estate Planning Council, Probate and Trust Sections of the Florida bar and a member of the Jewish Federation Professional Advisory Committee.

The Estate Planning Law Firm, P.A. focuses on helping to pass on property to the proper beneficiaries through help with Florida probate administration once a Florida decedent or decedent owning real property in Florida dies.
