Lynch has practiced law since 1966 when he joined the Department of Justice in the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In 1970 he joined the firm of Frank and E. George Lawkins. In 1971 the firm became Lawkins & Lynch and in 1985 Mr. Lynch became a sole practitioner. Mr. Lynch has been awarded an “AV” rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, the highest rating for an attorney who has practiced law for many years and who has demonstrated the highest levels of skill and integrity. In 2003 Mr. Lynch’s successful practice became Lynch Legal Associates, LLP when Kyle T. Lynch joined the firm. Lynch, partner, was born in Glen Cove, New York. Mr. Lynch received a BA from Hartwick College in 1996 and an AASD from Johnson & Wales University in 1998. He received a JD from Hofstra University Law School 2003, when he formed Lynch Legal Associates with his father James J. Lynch. Mr. Lynch is admitted to practice law in New York State, United States Tax Court, as well as the United States District Court’s Eastern and Southern Districts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New York County Bar Association, and the New York Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Lynch is listed in Who’s Who in American Law. He serves as a mediator in Hempstead District Court and is a member of the Volunteer Lawyers Project.
