Donald Freiberg practices immigration law in San Jose, California. He graduated with honors from U.C. Berkeley in 1976 and from U.C. Davis Law School in 1986. He is a Certified Specialist in Immigration Law in California. From 1997 to 2000, he served on the Immigration and Naturalization Law Advisory Commission of the State Bar of California. In 1993 - 1994, he was Chair of the Santa Clara Valley Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association; he served again as Chapter Chair in 1999 -2000. He has also been an instructor of immigration law with the Paralegal Program of Santa Clara University.
