Our practice is geared to the citizens, traditions and commerce of Idaho. We work hard to understand and to assist our clients in solving their legal and business problems.
We emphasize civil trial and appellate practices in both state and federal courts as well as business, real estate development, contracts, governmental law, and personal injury practices. Our firm prosecutes and defends claims for clients on a wide variety of subjects including those related to enforcement or breach of contracts, secured transactions, real estate transactions, real estate development issues, constitutional law, copyright litigation and personal injury litigation.
