Our expertise includes H-1Bs, L-1s, F-1s, and Alien Employment Certification cases for corporate America and Fortune 500 companies. In addition, we handle family-based immigration cases, naturalization (citizenship) matters, and processing for nurses and other health care professionals. Health care professionals we represent include: nurses, physical therapists, pharmacists, physicians, and others. Our staff of professional and experienced legal assistants have language skills that include Mandarin, Spanish, Hindi, and Telugu.

Donald Freiberg practices immigration law in San Jose, California. He graduated with honors from U.C. Berkeley in 1976 and from U.C. Davis Law School in 1986. He is a Certified Specialist in Immigration Law in California.
From 1997 to 2000, he served on the Immigration and Naturalization Law Advisory Commission of the State Bar of California. In 1993 - 1994, he was Chair of the Santa Clara Valley Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association; he served again as Chapter Chair in 1999 -2000. He has also been an instructor of immigration law with the Paralegal Program of Santa Clara University.
